INTRODUCTION

PRICING
Pricing for services is determined based on the scope, complexity, and duration of each project. Fees may be negotiated on a per-project basis or structured as hourly, milestone-based, or retainer agreements. All pricing will be outlined in a written agreement or invoice prior to the commencement of services.
PAYMENT TERMS
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon receipt of invoice. For project-based services, payment may be required in advance or divided into milestone payments. Ongoing advisory services may be billed monthly. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
LATE PAYMENTS
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 5 percent of the outstanding balance or the maximum amount permitted by law. Phoenix Rising Legacy, Inc. reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received.
REFUNDS
Because consulting services involve time, expertise, and strategic work, refunds are generally not provided once services have commenced. If cancellation occurs before work has begun, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or preparation costs incurred.
CANCELLATION
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. For ongoing services, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of services already delivered.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, strategies, documents, and deliverables provided by Phoenix Rising Legacy, Inc. remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal business purposes.
NO GUARANTEES
We strive to provide professional guidance; however, we do not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes. Results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phoenix Rising Legacy, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
